Perth Trip 1 - 8 Dec ( Day 7 ) Last Day

Hoping to do some last min shopping before we fly home.. we headed to Perth city not knowing that most of the shops are only opened at 12pm :) so we decided to head to the nearby King;s Park which provided some of the best city views.

headed to Fermantle for the famous fish & chips and pick up some fruits before flying home tonite.

Look at ceiweina's face.. i am freaking out :) but the food is yummy especially the seafood chowder

We bid farewell at around 10pm to our friends who had played such a good host throughout our stay in Perth. Took a slow leisure drive to the airport

& it was home sweet home at 6 am the next day.

& YES, I am in Love with Perth.. looking forward to my next trip again :)

Perth Trip 1 - 8 Dec ( Day 6)

We were joined by Ceiweina jiejie and family in Day 6 where auntie Ah Moi, Auntie Anna, Uncle Belson brought us to the Caversham Wildlife Park(http://www.cavershamwildlife.com.au/). had breakfast at their place in the morning before proceeding to the park.. We had nasi lemak instead of the usual pancakes which we had for the past few days.

after breakfast, we cross over to the lake which is only steps from their home to feed some " domesticated" wild ducks..

final stop was the farm show which mummy claims she had watch this 10 yrs ago during her last trip to Perth with Ah ma ( yah.. i miss her

we left early that night so that we could finsh up with the packing as we are heading home tomorrow midnight :(

Perth Trip 1 - 8 Dec ( Day 5)

We decided to go slow on day 5 whereby we headed to Swan valley in the morning and Fremantle in the afternoon.

We decided to visit the MR Choco Factory in SV as mummy wanted to buy the dark choco for auntie JH.

Daily dosage of ice cream @ oggies.. Strawberry flavor.. great taste

Visited winery Edgecomb Bros for some great jams .. look at those grapes

Flea market in Fremantle.. ..

picking some fresh fruits at the central Fremantle mkt, it only operates on Fri- Sun ( wow , the aussies really know how to enjoy life)

Perth Trip 1 - 8 Dec ( Day 4)

Day 4 was to Rockingham whereby we had to catch a 5 min ferry to Penguin Island. We were joined by a bunch of school kids going for excursion. .. ( pls keep quiet , i am trying to enjoy the nice scenary)

saw some pelicans on the way to the island..

We were only allowed to explore the island on the designated path.. in our search for the penguins.. we were disappointed as only seagulls can be found and mummy was grumbling ... keke ( poor Kb and daddy)

we were tipped off by a friendly old couple that a penguin was hiding by the stairway..off we go..

totally unimpresssive.. left within 5 mins.. haha
